Providing Critical Care and Standing Against Indiscriminate Violence

The atrocities of October 7th, 2024, left a haunting mark on the world, with Israel facing unprecedented brutality on innocent civilians. The violence and loss of life are painfully difficult to comprehend. For over two decades, the Auschwitz Jewish Center Foundation (AJCF) has drawn upon the lessons of the Holocaust to build a better future, creating allies who stand against hate. Shortly after October 7th, we quickly mobilized to assist those in Israel by partnering with Israeli Doctors of America to support the IL-USDocAid initiative.
Due to the overwhelming strain on the Israeli medical system, Dr. Adi Kogan and other esteemed medical professionals banded together to help. With the support of passionate volunteers and our donors, we have sent over 185 doctors with all the critical equipment and supplies they need to Israel. Together, we have directly flown them to the victims of mass atrocity, providing life-saving care.
Since October 7th, we have sent over 185 American doctors of various specialties, including ICU, trauma, anesthesia, surgeons, and (sadly) forensic medicine specialists to Israel.
