Tomek is a passionate leader who oversees the Jewish Museum in Oświęcim team, serves as the director of the Auschwitz Jewish Center Foundation in Poland, and conducts numerous workshops and lectures every year. He’s also a passionate ornithologist, gardener, and naturalist.
His education includes being an English philologist (Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań), Judaic scholar (Brandeis University, USA), and anti-discrimination trainer (Academy of Anti-Discrimination Training). This provides a strong foundation for his award-winning work in preserving Polish-Jewish heritage and fighting hatred, which has been recognized by the Irena Sendler Award and the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising Medal.
