A visionary philanthropist, Mr. Taube dedicated his life to strengthening Jewish life across the United States, Israel, and his native Poland. Through Taube Philanthropies, he played an instrumental role in supporting the revitalization of Jewish culture, memory, and education.
Born in Kraków and forced to flee in 1939, Mr. Taube never lost his connection to his birthplace. For many years, he was a generous supporter of the Auschwitz Jewish Center Foundation and our mission of preserving Jewish heritage and educating future generations.
We remember with gratitude his long-standing friendship and support. His legacy will continue to inspire us and those we serve.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to his wife Dianne and his family.
